【职位概述】 作为公司负责人的助理,您将扮演至关重要的角色,负责协调公司与当地关键机构的关系,包括银行、税务机关等,确保所有对外事务的顺利进行。此外,您还将提供跨语言沟通支持,促进公司内部及与外部合作伙伴的有效沟通。
【主要职责】
- 对接银行及税务机构等政府机构;
- 负责公司内部及外部沟通的中英文翻译工作,确保信息的准确无误;
- 协助组织会议、商务旅行安排及日常行政事务,确保团队运作高效顺畅。
【任职要求】
1.流利的西语和中文听说读写能力,能够有效沟通,准确翻译专业文档。
2.有bc、web3、互联网等相关工作经验的优先考虑。
【Job Overview】 As the assistant to the company's head, you will play a crucial role in coordinating relationships between the company and key local institutions, including banks and tax authorities, ensuring the smooth operation of all external affairs. Furthermore, you will provide cross-language communication support, facilitating effective communication within the company and with external partners.
【Main Responsibilities】
* Liaise with government agencies such as banks and tax authorities;
* Responsible for the translation of internal and external communications , ensuring the accuracy of information;
* Assist in organizing meetings, arranging business trips, and handling daily administrative tasks, ensuring the team operates efficiently and smoothly.
【Job Requirements】
1. Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing), able to communicate effectively and accurately translate professional documents.
2. Prior experience in betting, web3, payment, or banking is preferred.
