Role Summary

Own the growth of BitMart Card through growth hacking, campaign execution, lifecycle optimization, and data-driven product operations to drive user acquisition, activation, and card usage.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Hacking & Campaign Management

  • Design and execute data-driven growth campaigns (cashback, token rewards, referrals).
  • Run A/B tests to optimize ROI and track KPIs, including CAC, ARPU, and churn rate.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics) to monitor and optimize performance.

Crypto Card Channel Expansion & Management

  • Optimize end-to-end acquisition channels (online/offline) for crypto debit cards.
  • Drive market penetration via partnerships with exchanges, wallets, and ecosystem partners.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and global partners on co-branded initiatives.

Data-Driven Product Operations

  • Manage daily operations of crypto debit card products with deep-dive user analysis (SQL/Python).
  • Identify user pain points and feature adoption trends to inform product decisions.
  • Lead data-backed product iterations (e.g., KYC flow optimization, Web3 wallet integration) to improve activation and competitiveness.

User Lifecycle Optimization

  • Build user segmentation and personalized engagement strategies (e.g., HNW crypto users, DeFi users).
  • Enhance customer experience through AI-driven solutions (e.g., chatbot support for cross-border dispute resolution).

Core Requirements

Experience

  • 2+ years in financial product operations (crypto/fintech preferred).
  • Proven experience and outstanding results in product launching and user acquisition management.
  • Demonstrated success in user growth initiatives (e.g., +20% 30-day retention).
  • Experience executing cross-functional campaigns with marketing and sales teams.
