Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Growth Planning
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase subscriber base, revenue, and market share.
- Identify new markets, partnership opportunities, and expansion areas.
- Set and monitor KPIs for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor movements to guide strategic decisions.
2. Sales Management
- Supervise the Sales Team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Oversee door-to-door campaigns, corporate account acquisition, and community activation.
- Manage incentive programs to drive high performance.
- Ensure accurate lead management, CRM usage, and reporting.
3. Marketing & Brand Visibility
- Plan and implement campaigns across print, digital, and grassroots channels.
- Strengthen KCAT’s community presence across towns and barangays.
- Oversee content creation, social media strategies, and public relations.
- Track ROI and impact of marketing initiatives.
4. Team Leadership & Cross-Department Coordination
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate sales and marketing personnel.
- Conduct coaching sessions, trainings, and performance assessments.
- Coordinate with Ops, Customer Service, and technical teams to ensure service quality supports growth.
- Align frontline messaging and value propositions.
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare performance dashboards and updates for the CEO.
- Monitor forecasts, budgets, and target achievement.
- Recommend corrective actions and improvement plans.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making across the growth function.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and people management capability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and reporting.
- Experience managing multi-channel growth initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or professional certification (Digital Marketing, Sales Leadership).
- Experience in telco/ISP, cable, or internet service industries.
- Strong background in campaign management and ROI-based marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Experience building teams during expansion phases.
