Responsibilities
- Manage kitchen appliance product portfolio, including SKU planning and lifecycle management.
- Build product roadmap; conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.
- Support product launches and marketing activities; prepare sales tools and product training.
- Monitor OPSI (order–purchase–sales–inventory) to ensure stock availability.
- Analyze sell-in/sell-out performance, pricing, margin, and profitability.
- Develop dealer offers, promotions, and rebate simulations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance for product execution.
- Prepare regular business reports and market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in kitchen appliances / home appliances / consumer electronics.
- Strong understanding of product management, OPSI, pricing, and P&L concepts.
- Skilled in sales analysis, market research, and dealer program planning.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP/BI experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; results-oriented.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin/Tagalog is a plus).
- Willing to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
