  1. Global KOL Acquisition: Identify and expand high-quality KOL resources across Southeast Asia, Europe, the US, and Korea on Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram.
  2. End-to-End KOL Management: Manage mid-to-large KOLs (50K–5M+ followers) throughout the full lifecycle: screening, evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and long-term relationship management.
  3. KOL Tiering Strategy: Build and implement S/A/B/C tiered KOL management strategies and allocate resources efficiently.
  4. Marketing Execution: Lead KOL participation in brand awareness, campaign promotion, product seeding, and conversion-oriented initiatives.
  5. Performance Review & Optimization: Analyze exposure, engagement, and conversion metrics; continuously optimize collaboration models and ROI.
  6. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with brand, content, product, and operation teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of KOL partnerships.
  7. Industry & Market Insights: Monitor KOL industry trends, platform policies, and competitors’ KOL cases; produce regular insight reports.
  8. Ad-hoc BD Tasks: Complete other brand partnership and external BD tasks assigned by leadership.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, 2+ years experience in KOL or social media marketing;
  • Hands-on experience managing mid/large KOL partnerships across major global platforms;
  • Strong resource acquisition ability—experience in U Card market expansion preferred;
  • Data-driven mindset; proficient in Notion/Airtable for KOL database & funnel tracking;
  • Strong communication & project management skills, able to manage 20+ KOL projects simultaneously;
  • English as working language; Southeast Asian languages (Bahasa Indon., Vietnamese, Thai) are a plus;
  • Can work under pressure and adapt to fast-pace environment; able to travel for exhibitions and KOL meetups.
