Schedule: Dayshift
Setup: Hybrid (mostly remote; onsite 1–2x/month)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities by researching market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Support the senior business development team in client outreach, including scheduling meetings, drafting proposals, and following up on communications.
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the development of sales presentations, pitches, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and recruitment, to align business development efforts with overall company strategies.
- Track and report on business development activities, ensuring accurate documentation and analysis of performance metrics.
- Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and documentation as required.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news to proactively identify opportunities for growth.
- Represent the organization at industry events, networking opportunities, and forums to enhance visibility and brand recognition.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the business development field
- Expected to represent the company in all external business events, symposiums, and industry gatherings (local or in abroad)
- Has a working Viber account (for communication and updates)
