Schedule: Dayshift

Setup: Hybrid (mostly remote; onsite 1–2x/month)


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying potential business opportunities by researching market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Support the senior business development team in client outreach, including scheduling meetings, drafting proposals, and following up on communications.
  • Help build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the development of sales presentations, pitches, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and recruitment, to align business development efforts with overall company strategies.
  • Track and report on business development activities, ensuring accurate documentation and analysis of performance metrics.
  • Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and documentation as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news to proactively identify opportunities for growth.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, networking opportunities, and forums to enhance visibility and brand recognition.


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the business development field
  • Expected to represent the company in all external business events, symposiums, and industry gatherings (local or in abroad)
  • Has a working Viber account (for communication and updates)
