Key Responsibilities
- On-site installation and servicing - Visit clients to install, maintain, and repair large-format printers and related equipment.
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution - Diagnose machine problems and provide effective on-site solutions to reduce downtime.
- Preventive maintenance - Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment issues and ensure performance reliability.
- Client Demo and assistance - Educate end users on proper operation, usage, and troubleshooting of machines during client visits.
- Technical reporting - Complete service reports and communicate field findings to the technical support team for proper documentation and follow-up.
Job Qualification
- Technical background - Graduate of Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or any related technical course.
- Relevant field experience - Experience in servicing large-format printers or industrial machines is preferred.
- Strong diagnostic skills - Capable of resolving both hardware and software issues on-site under time pressure.
- Willingness to travel - Must be open to frequent field assignments and client visits across various locations.
- Independence and communication - Can work with minimal supervision while communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.
