Job Descriptions岗位职责：

- 制定并执行以稳定币与链上理财为核心的钱包增长策略，提升用户数、资产量和收益参与率。

- 深度合作 L2、公链、DeFi 协议、RWA 平台及稳定币发行方，推动集成与生态共建。

- 策划用户教育与内容活动，推广自托管理财理念，降低新手门槛。 - 运营全球社区（Discord、Telegram、X等），建立影响者与开发者网络。

- 基于链上数据与行为分析，识别增长机会，优化用户路径与转化率。

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute wallet growth strategies centered on stablecoins and on-chain yield, driving increases in user base, asset volume, and yield participation rate.

- Build deep partnerships with L2s, public chains, DeFi protocols, RWA platforms, and stablecoin issuers to promote integrations and ecosystem co-development.

- Plan user education and content campaigns to promote self-custody finance concepts and lower onboarding barriers for newcomers.

- Operate and expand global communities (Discord, Telegram, X, etc.), establishing networks of influencers and developers.

- Leverage on-chain data and behavioral analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize user journeys and conversion funnels.

- 3 年以上 Web3 增长、运营或生态 BD 经验，有钱包、稳定币或 DeFi 项目经验者优先。

- 熟悉链上数据分析工具（Dune、Nansen、Arkham 等），能以数据驱动增长。

- 具备优秀的 BD、合作与社区运营能力，熟悉全球 Web3 市场传播。

- 对稳定币、自托管金融与去中心化生态充满热情，目标感强，执行力高。

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Web3 growth, operations, or ecosystem business development; prior experience in wallet, stablecoin, or DeFi projects is a plus.

- Proficient with on-chain analytics tools (e.g., Dune, Nansen, Arkham) and capable of driving growth through data insights.

- Strong BD, partnership, and community management skills; familiar with global Web3 marketing and communications.

- Passionate about stablecoins, self-custody finance, and decentralized ecosystems; highly goal-oriented and execution-driven.
