What You’ll Do

• Scout and connect with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) — from beauty vloggers to skincare gurus — who embody our brand vision.
• Build long-term relationships with influencers and negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and compensation.
• Co-create campaign concepts that align with brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
• Track and evaluate campaign performance (IMP, CPM, engagement rates, ROI) and fine-tune strategies to hit KPIs.
• Work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to deliver impactful influencer activations.

Who You Are

• A natural connector and communicator, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Agile and efficient — can manage multiple KOL partnerships at once.
• Professional and strategic, especially when dealing with high-profile influencers.
• Experienced in influencer marketing or brand partnerships (junior or senior levels welcome!).
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, and digital marketing trends.

• You already have a network of beauty influencers or creator contacts.
