- Adapt global marketing campaigns and content into culturally relevant messaging for Korean users.
- Manage official social media accounts, communities, and partnerships in Korea, ensuring strong user engagement.
- Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to create localized campaigns, events, and promotional materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with local KOLs, media, and partners to expand brand influence.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and user feedback to identify new opportunities and optimize strategies.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to ensure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Native Korean speaker with strong English (or Chinese) communication skills.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, localization, or related roles, preferably in internet, fintech, or Web3 industries.
- Strong understanding of Korean digital platforms, user behaviors, and cultural nuances.
- Hands-on experience with community management, influencer/KOL collaboration, and event execution.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international environment.
