I. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs Back-selling and Business Development Activities
• Maintains existing and taps new clients like advertising agencies, key printer accounts and end-users by providing consultancy to clients on what paper to use on what project through daily client calls
• Provides excellent customer service
• Coordinates and addresses concerns of the clients to (1) Marketing Dept. with regards to product issues and concerns (2) Sales Dept. for services, delivery concerns
• Maintains and updates databases of clients and their contact details and keeps them confidential
Provides Marketing Support to the Department
• Provides support to Marketing Dept. in executing marketing promotions, product presentations, trade shows and other marketing activities
• Provides pertinent information to Marketing about competitors and their activities; pricing and product sampling
• Provides feedback, suggestions and recommendations for implemented marketing promotions and activities to support back-selling operations
Submits Quality and Accurate Reports
• Daily Itinerary Plan with clear visit objectives
• Daily Visit Report with action points
• Weekly Project Progress Report
• Monthly Target Achievement Report
• Monthly Visit Frequency

Age Preference
• 21–30
Educational Background
• Graduate of BS Marketing or any Business Course
Work Experience
• With at least 2–3 years of experience in Business Development preferably in Retail or FMCG industry
• With background in Printing or Paper Industry
Behavioral/Soft Skills
• With PR skills; good interpersonal skills

• Good in written and ora
l communication
