- Business Negotiation & Collaboration: Negotiate collaboration agreements with KOLs and ensure successful execution of campaigns.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and implement online/offline promotional campaigns with KOLs to increase brand awareness and user engagement.
- Performance Tracking & Data Analysis: Monitor KOL campaign performance, analyze ROI, conversion rates, and user growth data, and optimize collaboration strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure KOL campaigns align with overall brand and business strategies.
- Market & Trend Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and KOL resources, proposing innovative collaboration and marketing solutions.
- Proven experience in KOL/influencer outreach and social media marketing; familiarity with social media platforms and content ecosystems.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Experience in planning and executing marketing or promotional events independently.
- Proficiency in English or other languages is a plus, depending on target markets.
