  • Expand business opportunities in Web3 / Blockchain / Cryptocurrency / Financial Investment sectors.
  • Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to strengthen brand presence.
  • Leverage and expand blockchain community, KOL and industry leader networks.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with exchanges, wallets, DeFi projects, NFT communities and media platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
  • Track business performance, analyze market trends and provide regular reports to management.
  • 本科及以上学历，市场营销、金融、经济学、区块链相关专业优先。
  • 2 年以上 Web3 / 区块链 / 加密货币 / 金融行业市场拓展经验。
  • 拥有区块链社群、KOL、行业人脉资源，并有成功拓展案例。
  • 具备优秀的商务谈判能力、市场洞察力及项目推动能力。
  • 中英文流利（口语及书写）。
  • 自驱力强、结果导向、能在压力下独立完成任务。


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics or Blockchain-related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in business development within Web3 / Blockchain / Crypto / Finance sectors.
  • Strong blockchain industry network and proven success in building partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, market insight and project execution capability.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven and able to work independently under pressure.
